摘要
首次报道了采用溴氧化3-肉桂酰基酚酮5位偶联产物合成缩杂环用化合物的的新方法。3-肉桂酰基酚酮5位偶联产物1a—d在吡啶介质中与过量溴作用生成6-取代苯偶氮基-2-苯基-8-溴酮吡喃-4;9-二酮2a~d。化合物2a~d等4个化合物为尚未见文献报道的新化合物,它们的结构经光谱分析和元素分析得到证实。
We reported a new method for the fist time to synthesize Flavone like Heteroeycle fused Troponiid Compounds by oxidizing Azocoupling products of 3-cinnamoyltropolne with Bromine in the presence of pyridine. Reactions of Azo-couping products of 3-cinnamoyltropklone(la^d)with excess Brommine to afford 6-substitutedphenylazo-2 phenyl - 8 - bromine tropone [b]pyran-4, 9-dione (2a^d ). Products 2a^d are four new compounds whose structures had confirmedby their elementary analysis and spectiumanalysis
