摘要 研究了Ni-5和Ni-5-RM催化剂对CH4-CO2、C2H4-CO2和天然气-CO2转化制合成气的催化反应性能。发现Ni~5-RM催化剂对CH4-CO2转化不仅具有高的活性和选择性,而且具有良好的抗积炭性能和稳定性。该催化剂对天然气和CO2转化反应,通过加入极少量的消炭剂A,不仅可以有效防止反应体系积炭,而且对催化活性和选择性基本没有影响。在850℃连续使用300h,产物合成气含量一直保持在95.5%(mol)左右,催化剂活性无任何降低趋势。 The catalytical reactivities of Ni-5 and Ni-5-RM catalysts for reforming CH, C2H4.and natural gas with CO2, to produce syngashave been studied in the present pater. It wasfound that the Ni-5--RM catalyst not onlypossesses higher activity and selectivity, butalso has better resistance to carbon deposition. The Ni-5-RM catalyst did not deactivateat all during 240 hrs on stream for CH4-CO2reforming reaction. The addition of a few carboneliminator A into raw material gases notonly can avoid carbon deposition, but also hasfew influence on activity and selectivity. Itsactivity did not incline to reduce after continuous operation for 300 hrs with a .constantproduct syngas content at 95. 5 mol/%
