水稻光(温)敏不育系育性表达对温度的反应差异研究 被引量:1

摘要 在控温及自然条件下,比较研究了22个光(温)敏不育系育性表达对温度的反应差异,结果表明,用22~24C+14h光照在育性表达敏感期连续处理7~10d,部分不育系败育彻底,花粉可染率与自交结实率均为0;部分材料花粉可染率为0.1%~4.2%,但自交结实率为0;还有一部分材料不但花粉可育(可染率0.5%~80.7%),而且自交结实(结实率0.1%~54.8%).不育系g0521S育性转换方向与其它不育系相反,即高温可育,低温不育。 The temperature responsive difference of fertility expression of 22 P(T)GMS lines in rice under artificial low temperature and natural conditions was studied. The results were as follows: ①Treating P (T)GMS lines with constant 22~24℃ and 14 hour daylength in their sensitive stages for 7 or 10 days, some lines expressed thoroughly sterility without any fertile pollen grains and selfed seeds; some produced a few fertile pollen grains with a stainable pollen percentage of 0.1%~4.2%, but no selfed seeds set, and some anthers expressed fertility with both fertile pollen grains (0.5%~80.7%) and selfed seeds (0.l%~ 54.8% ). ②Under the natural conditions in Changsha in 1995, 21 of 22 P(T)GMS lines expressed sterility when temperature was high in Summer and early autumn, and fertility when temperature was low in middle autumn, but of g0521S expressed fertility in summer and early autumn while sterility in middle autumn. The date of fertility alteration is different among them. It was early for those P(T)GMS lines which produced seeds under artificial low temperature, but it was late for those which didn't produce seeds.
