摘要
新型温敏雄性不育水稻( IVA)是通过杂交育成,属较低温度不育、较高温度可育新类型。诱导育性转换的敏感期为花粉母细胞形成期至花粉单核早期。日平均温度低于24 ℃,花粉100%典败,自交结实率为0;日平均温度高于27℃,花粉碘染率可达80—90%以上,自交结实率达50%以上,最高结实率可达70%。可作两系杂交稻的亲本利用。
Pollen fertility of the new type temperature sensitive male-sterile rice Ⅳ A changed as the temperature changed. The lower temperature induced sterility and the higher temperature induced fertility. The sensitive phase of inducing fertility changes was from the formation stage of pollen mother cells to early phase of single nucleus pollens. In this phase, ⅣA showed male sterility below 24℃ and fertility above 27℃. The fertility changes could be used in two-line hybrids breeding.
