摘要
文章将复合传压介质的特性、六方氮化硼的纯净性及Ca、Li基触媒三大基础材料的组成与立方氮化晶体生长的关系进行了论述。指出,传压介质的化学特征组成与特性对稳定的压力场的建立是有着重要影响的;六方氮化硼的晶体结构及其中的氧含量对其生长率与品质是至关重要的;触媒的类型则是决定立方氮化硼晶体生长热力学参数变化的因素。
The paper has discussed the relationship between the growth of cBN crystals and three major basic materials including the characteristics of compound pressure-transmitting medium, purity of hexagonal boron nitride and Ca, Li-based catalyst. It has pointed out that setting up stable pressure field is crucially influenced by the chemical characteristic composition of pressure-transmitting medium, while the growth rate and quality of cBN are significantly affected by crystal structure and oxygen content of hexagonal boron nitride, as well as the changes of thermodynamic parameters during the growth of cBN are vitally determined by the types of catalyst.
