摘要
本文对以HBN为原料静态高温高压法合成CBN时的转变机制进行了简要综述。重点介绍了两种流行的转变机制,讨论了BN有序度、合成块断口形貌和CBN表面覆盖的薄膜与两种转变机制的关系;还介绍了一种新的转变机制,指出了目前研究中存在的不足并对静态高压法合成HBN的转变机制的研究进行了展望。
This paper mainly introduced the mechanism of the transformation from HBN to CBN by static high pressure hypothermia in two popular mechanisms and the relationship between the crystallinity of BN,the surface appearance of synthetic samples,films on the CBN surface and two popular mechanisms was discussed,meantime a new mechanism was introduced.In addition,we indicated the insufficiency of the presented research and prospected the foreground of the research of transformation mechanisms.
