摘要
从原材料、反应条件、理化特性等方面,综述了氮化硼(BN)陶瓷材料的几种制备方法,从生产成本、能耗等角度分析各制备方法优缺点,同时从结构表征和成分测定两个方面综述了当前BN材料表征方法。最后提出了BN陶瓷制备及表征过程中存在的一些问题,并给出了解决措施。
This paper summarizes several synthesis methods of the boron nitride（ BN） ceramic material from the aspects of raw materials, reaction conditions and the physical and chemical characteristics,then analysis the advantages and disadvantages of various Synthesis methods from the aspects of cost,energy consumption and so on,At the same time from the aspects of structure characterization and composition Determination,many characterization methods are introduced in this paper. Finally some problems are illustrated in the process of synthesis and characterization of BN ceramic,and the solutions are given.
