摘要本文应用资源依赖观点分析了企业战略联盟的演变机理。分析表明,合作企业的专用性资产投资行为、它们对知识资源吸收能力的差异以及联盟外部条件的变动,会改变彼此合作初期确立的互相依赖关系,进而引起双方谈判力的变化。获得更大谈判力的企业会提出修改当前合作契约或协议的要求以获得更多的联盟控制权和利益分配。因而,企业应不断地保护、更新在联盟内的资源投入以维护自身被依赖的地位。 In this paper, the mechanism of strategic alliance evolution is studied with the resource dependence view. From the theoretical analyzing, it is concluded that the partners＇ investments in the specific asset, their different absorptive abilities on knowledge-based resources and the external conditions will have an impact on partners＇ interdependent relationship formed when the alliance established, and this will accordingly change their bargaining power on each other. The partner who gets more bargaining power may advance to renegotiate the cooperative contracts or agreements to get more control of the alliance and the alliance benefits. It is necessary for alliance partners to update and protect the resources they devoted in the alliance to remain depended on by their cooperative partner.
