摘要
基于跨系统的研究视角提出图书馆联盟协同管理是一个多层次、多维度的概念。从3个视角来构建跨系统图书馆联盟协同管理的框架,即协同内容视角、协同层次视角及协同主体视角。跨系统图书馆联盟管理体系的构建需建立跨越行政边界的"合作体制",旨在保证联盟可持续发展的发展基金及法律基础设施。
This paper argues that the synergic management for cross-system library alliance is a concept of multiple layers and multiple dimensions based on cross-system research perspective,and establishes a three-dimension concept model of Cross-system Library Alliance Synergic Management（CLASM）,discusses the main content of CLASM from three different perspectives：synergic content,synergic layer and synergic subject.The construction of CLASM system needs to establish ＇＇cooperative system＇＇ across the administrative borders,development fund which aims at ensuring alliance sustainable development and legal infrastructure.
