摘要
内蒙古牧区是以畜牧业经济为主的蒙古族等少数民族聚居区,也是自治区内欠发 达的边疆地区。加速牧区经济的发展,繁荣牧区经济文化事业,对于贯彻执行党的民族政策, 加强民族团结进步,稳定边疆,乃至发展内蒙古经济都具有重大而特殊的意义。本文分析内蒙 古牧区区域发展条件,并提出了减轻牧区草地人口压力,恢复牧区草原生态环境,提高牧民生 活水平和生活质量的建议。
Inner Mongolian pastoral area is a minority nationality habitat and a undeveloped border area in where Mongol is principal nationality and stock raising is the important part of economy . Accelerating economic progress, booming economic and cultural project of pastoral area have important and peculiar significance for carrying out party national policy, intensifying national unity and progress, stabilizing border area, even improving Inner Mongolian economy. The research analyzes the regional developmental conditions of Inner Mongolian pastoral area and puts forward some suggestions on reducing pressure of population, restoring grassland eco-environment, enhancing the level and quality of herdsmen ' life.
