摘要
作为广大农村地区的中心,乡镇是带动其发展的重要节点。针对农村地区发展动力不足的问题,不仅要"城市反哺农村",更应充分发挥乡镇的带动作用。本研究在文献阅读的基础上总结并归纳了影响发展的六项要素:物质资本、区位条件、自然资源、环境承载、人力资源、社会管理,并将其细化落实到乡镇,以期通过一定的外界影响增强这些要素的作用,使乡镇起到"极核"作用,成为农村发展的真正动力支持。
As the center of rural area ,towns are the most important node, which promote the development of it. In face of lack of inducements in rural area, the reparation measure is not just supply an offer, but the revival of rural area. The study was dew）ted to conclude the six influence factors of development in classic theories and implement them on towns, which were material capital, location, natural resource, environmental sustainability, human resource and social management, in an effort to enhance the factors through positive influences, turning towns into the ＂growth pole＂, accelerating the development of rural area.
