摘要
持续发展作为人类一种全新的社会共识，已日益成为协调环境、资源与人类社会发展的指导思想；而草地资源作为一种可更新的自然资源，对经济发展及人类生存都起着巨大的、不可替代的作用。因此，在草地资源的开发利用及管理中，必须坚持以持续发展作为指导思想和原则，并努力建立起与之相协调的开发利用和管理模式，以利草地资源的永续利用和草地畜牧业的持续发展。

and affect the economic development and living for human。In the course of grassland
resources exploition,utilization and management,we must persist in sustainable devefopment
and use it conducts guiding ideology and principle,and make great efforts for rosource
