摘要 为了计算所需疏散时间RSET,必须得到人员疏散开始时间和人员密度。通过对某图书馆使用人数的实地测量以及查阅建筑施工图等方法,确定人员疏散开始时间和人员密度等参数的范围,建立基于人群动力学的线性规划模型,运用Matlab软件计算疏散所需最短时间,得到了人员疏散开始时间和人员密度的最优值,为建筑物疏散预案的制定和消防安全管理提供帮助。 To calculate the request safety evacuation time (RSET), it is necessary to get the evacuation start time and crowd density. Through measuring the number of persons in one library and inspecting the construction plans, the range of those parameters can be determined. Build the linear programming model which is based on population dynamics, and use the Matlab to calculate the minimum RSET, then the best value of the evacuation start time and crowd density can be determined. Those values are helpful for development of evacuation plans and the management of fire safety.
