摘要
对单元式高层住宅在《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》中有关规定和实际应用中出现的问题进行分析,重点阐述了在窗槛墙高度、窗间墙宽度、通向屋顶的疏散楼梯及单元之间的楼梯通过屋顶连通等方面的设计问题及解决措施。
The regulations in ＂Code for fire protection design of tall buildings＂ for unit residence in tall building and the problems caused by the application of the code were analyzed.The countermeasures to the problems which caused by the designing of height of spandrel, breadth of wall between＇ windows, protected stairway toward roof and stairway between unit were expatiate.
