摘要
随着农村地区乡镇企业的不断增多,农村中的劳动纠纷也不断增加。然而,目前许多劳动纠纷没有得到及时有效的解决。只有加强法律与道德教育,完善劳动立法、执法,构建一个完善的劳动纠纷解决机制,才能更好地预防和解决农村劳动纠纷,才能建立和谐的农村劳动关系,从而进一步推进社会主义新农村建设。
With the development of the village and township enterprises, the rural labor disputes are also increasing. Many disputes have not been promptly and effectively settled. In order to prevent and solve the rural labor disputes we should enhance the education of morality and law in the countryside and perform the law strictly. In addition,only when a mult-channel mechanism is established can the rural labor disputes be settled effectively and a harmonious rural social relation be achived so as to promote the construetuion of a socialist new countryside.
