摘要
针对国有建筑施工企业人才流失问题,从企业自身和人才外部环境两方面分析了人才流失的原因,提出了国有建筑施工企业面对人才流失应采取的对策,从而更好地实现企业战略目标。
Aiming at present brain drain problem in construction enterprise, its reasons were analyzed from enterprise and talent exterior environment. The countermeasures that construction enterprise should adopt brain drain, therefore realized enterprise strategic target better.
