摘要
林业人才特别是基层林区一线人才十分紧缺,已成为制约我国林业发展的主要因素。高等林业院校在解决林区人才问题中肩负有重要的使命,要加强就业指导工作,引导、鼓励毕业生到林区工作;争取国家政策支持,为林区定向培养大学生;面向基层林区,加快发展高等林业职业教育。
The quite shortage of forestry talent, particularly in basic forest zone has been a main factor of restrict-ing the China? forestry development, and the higher forestry universities and colleges bear a mission to solve theproblem of talent lack in forest zone. Therefore, more work should be done: strengthening steering work for studentsto obtain employments and inducting and encouraging the graduates employed in forest zone, striving for thegovernment?s policy support and directionally cultivating graduates for forest zone, quickening the development of thehigher forestry vocational education facing basic forest zone.
