摘要
从政府、林业高校、林业人才自身、人才就业市场四个方面分析了林业人才就业存在的主要问题,突出表现在就业制度、专业设置、就业指导、林业人才自身、市场中介等方面。在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施:优化政府职能;调整专业设置,加强就业指导与服务;林业人才要转变观念;完善人才市场运行机制等。
