摘要
资金短缺一直是我国快速轨道交通建设的一大难题.本文分析了快速轨道交通建设和房地产联合开发的意义,并就如何形成良好的联合开发机制进行了阐述.最后,以广州市地铁一号线物业联合开发的实践为例,总结其经验教训,以期对国内其它城市的联合开发实践有借鉴作用.
Investment Lack is one of main issues of constructing urban express rail traffic in China. Based on the case study in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the significance of united development between constructing traffic and developing real estate, and discusses the relevant system about it.
