摘要
目的研究放线菌A01抑菌活性及其稳定性。方法采用影印平皿法和杯碟法,筛选出具有抗菌活性的放线菌并对其抑菌效果进行检测。结果测定其发酵液中抑菌物质的抑菌活性和稳定性,从医院周围土壤中分离筛选到一株代谢物具有较高抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的放线菌,该菌株具有较好的遗传稳定性,命名为A01。结论A01菌株发酵液对葡萄球菌类致病菌抑制效果较好,温度对其活性几乎没有影响,强酸或强碱可降低其活性。
Objective To study the bacteriostatic activity of Actinomycete A01 and its stability. Methods Photocopy dish and cup - dish method were used to screen an Actinomycete having strong antibacterial activity. At the same time, its bacteriostatic efficacy was also determined. Results By detecting the baeteriostatic activity and stability, an Actinomycete from soil around hospital was screened out. Its metabolite could strongly inhibit Staphylococcus aureus. It had good genetic stability and was namedActinomycete A01 . Conclusion The result shows that fermentation fluid of A01 has good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus. Tempreature has little effect on its activity. But strong acid and alkali can reduce its activity.
