摘要
采用平板对峙法和打孔法测定海洋放线菌BM-2菌株及其无菌发酵液对12种植物病原真菌和5种细菌的抑制作用。结果表明:BM-2菌株及其无菌发酵液对立枯丝核菌等12种植物病原真菌和大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、嗜水气单胞菌3种细菌具有较强的抗菌作用;发酵液能抑制细链格孢菌的分生孢子萌发和芽管伸长;该菌株的抑菌作用对pH值和蛋白酶比较稳定,紫外线、高温对发酵液的抑菌活性有一定的影响。
the antibacterial effects of marine actinomycete Bm-2 on 12 botanic pathogenic fungi and its aseptic broth on 5 bacteria were studied by means of antagonistic effect and diffusion methods. it showed that both of the strain itself and its aseptic broth strongly inhibited the growth of 12 pathogenic fungi, such as rhizoctonia solani, etc., and 3 bacteria, named escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aeromonas hydrophila. the broth could inhibit the spore germination and the bud elongation of Alternaria tenuis. The antibacterial was stable to acid/alkali and proteinase, but was sensitive to UV and high temperature.
