摘要
抑制剂的选择是放线菌分离工作必须解决的一个重要问题。研究了重铬酸钾对放线菌、细菌、真菌的作用。结果表明，它对土壤真菌、细菌有明显的抑制作用，而对放线菌无抑制作用，可作为选择性分离放线菌的一种高效、便宜的抑制剂。本文还对ＨＶ培养基进行了改良。
Selection of bacteriostatic is an important method for isolating of Actinomycetes,Theaction of potassium dichromate on Actinomycetes, bacteria and fungus was studied.Resultsshowed that it can obviously inhibit growth of fungus and bacteria in soil except Actinomycetes,and potassium dichromate is a high efficient,cheap bacteriostatic for isolating of Actinomycetes。
