摘要
目的观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对皮辦存活的影响。方法采用Wistar大鼠背部任意皮瓣(6.0cm×1.5cm)模型,于原位缝合后即刻在皮瓣下滴注bFGF。结果 bFGF治疗组皮瓣坏死率明显降低;组织学检查发现,bFGF治疗组皮瓣下肉芽组织层明显增厚,并有大量毛细血管和成纤维细胞增生;bFGF治疗组在皮辦形成后第3,4和5天断蒂,其坏死率均明显低于对照组。结论局部应用bFGF可降低缺血皮辦坏死率,并有利于皮辦早期断蒂。
Objective To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on skin flap survival. Methods Caudally based random skin flaps were raised on the backs of Wistar rats, bFGF was instilled under flaps after closure. Results There was a marked decrease of flap necrosis with the bFGF dosage of 9.0,22.5 and 45.0 μg/rat when compared with the saline group;v abundant fibroblasts and capillaries were noticed in the granulation tissue in wound bed in bFGF treated groups. The inci- dence of necrosis of flap was significantly lower in bFGF treated flaps after pedicle division on days 3,4 and 5. Conclusion These findings suggested that bFGF treatment resulted in an improvement on flap survival and early pedicle division, being possibly related to its induction of angiogenesis.
