摘要
应用组织化学及放射自显影技术,对豚鼠自体全厚皮片移植术后3个月内的不同阶段,皮片表皮内黑色素细胞密度的动态变化规律进行了观察。实验表明:表皮颜色的变化与其表皮内黑色素细胞密度改变呈明显的同步关系,且表皮内黑色素细胞对H-TdR的摄取增加。黑色素细胞密度的增加可能在皮片过度色素沉着的形成过程中起重要作用。

dynamic changeS of density of epidermal melanocytes in the full-thickness autografts of skinon
guinea pigs were investigated by means of histochamical and autoradiographic techniques at
variousjntervals during 3 months peried potoperatively,It was found that the increase of
epidermalmelaneeytes was accompanied by hyperpigmentation of the skin grafts.
Meanwhils,the amount of 3H-TdR taken by the melanocytes was increased. The results showed
that the melanocytes poitive to Dopabecame greater by means of mitoses and activation of
inactivated melanocytes(melanoclasts) indensity.The greater density of epidermal
melanocytes might play an important role in the developmentof hyperpigmentation on the skin
grafts.
