摘要
确定微波萃取红花羊蹄甲花红色素的最佳试验条件。以家用微波炉为微波萃取装置,采用正交试验确定微波萃取红花羊蹄甲花红色素的最佳试验条件。微波萃取红花羊蹄甲花红色素的最佳试验条件为提取剂为酸性乙醇,固液比1:15,微波功率560W,萃取时间30s,提取级数2级。最佳试验条件下色素的提取率30.31%,色价C(1%,547nm)为6.332。应用微波技术提取红花羊蹄甲花红色素是可行的。
To definite the optimum experimental condition for microwave extraction red pigment of Baubinia blakeana Dunn flower. The optimum conditions for microwave extraction were selected by orthogonal test in the domestic microwave oven as the microwave extractor. The o experimental conditions were as follow: solvent acidic ethyl alcohol, ratio of raw material to solvent 1:15 (g:mL), microwave power 560 W, extraction time 30 s, extraction two times. Under he optimum experimental condition extraction rate 30.31% and absorbance C (1%, 547 nm)6.332. Extracting red pigment of Baubinia blakeana Dunn flower by microwave extraction was feasible.
