摘要
文章旨在研究一种新型抗菌性能染料,对艾蒿植物染料的提取方法以及抗菌性能做了研究。采用微波法对艾蒿色素进行提取,利用单因素实验和正交试验优化出最佳提取工艺为:固液比1∶20,温度为中火(约500 W),时间为10 min。对毛织物进行直接染色和后媒染色,之后根据GB/T 20944.1—2007标准测试毛织物的抑制大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌繁殖的性能。结果表明,微波法对艾蒿色素提取具有良好的抑菌效果。
The purpose of this article was studying one kind of new antibacterial dye,the mugwort dye's extraction method and the antibacterial performance were studyed.The mugwort pigment was extracted by microwave method.Using single factor experiment and orthogonal test,the best extraction process was solid-liquid ratio for 1 ∶ 20,temperature of fire about 500W,time for 10min.The direct dyeing and the latter chrome dyeing to the woollen fabric was carried.Afterward according to GB/T 20944.1—2007 standard,it tested the woollen fabric performance which suppresses the Escherichia coli and the Staphylococcus acureus reproduces.The result indicated that the mugwort pigment extracted by the microwave method had good bacteriostasis effects.
