APPLICATION OF IMMUNOASSAY IN FOOD SAFETY DETECTION AND ANALYSIS

摘要 免疫分析利用抗原抗体特异性结合反应为基础,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、方法简捷等优点,被广泛应用于食品安全检测中。本论文综述基于免疫分析原理,包括传统和一些新型的免疫分析技术在食品安全检测中的应用现状。 Immunoassay is based on the binding between antibody and antigen, it poses the virtues of high specificity and sensitivity, easily-operated. It is widely applied in the detection field of food safety. Both traditional immunoassays and novel immunoassays emerging in recent years were reviewed.
