摘要
近年来,生化技术被不断地用于食品开发与安全监测控制体系来解决食品的营养和安全问题,笔者分别介绍了光谱分析技术、层析技术、电泳技术、免疫学技术及膜分离技术在食品检测分析中的应用概况,并指出了这些技术还存在的缺陷,还有待进行深入研究和开发。
In recent years, biotechnology has been continuously used in the development of food and safety monitoring and control system to solve the nutrition and food security issues, this article introduced the application of spectral analysis techniques, chromatography, electrophoresis, immunological techniques, and membrane separation technology in foods test analysis.It pointed out those technologies still have some defects,which need luther research and development.
