摘要
采用配有火焰光度检测器(FPD)的Agilent 6890N气相色谱仪同时测定茶叶中16种有机磷农药残留量。16种有机磷均能在DB-1701(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱上得到很好的分离,且方法的回收率在69.5%~110%,变异系数在1.60%~6.81%,方法检出限为0.923μg/kg~8.70μg/kg,均能符合农药残留量检测的要求。
An efficient method for the determination of 16 kinds of organ phosphorus pesticide residues in tea using Agilent 6890N gas chromatography equipped with flame photometric detector has been established. The 16 kinds of organ phosphorus have been well separated in the DB-1701 (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)capillary column. The results showed that the recoveries were in range of 69.5 %-110 %, the coefficients of variation were 1.60 %-6.81% and the detection limits were 0.923 μg/kg-8.70 μg/kg. The method is suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues.
