摘要
利用GC-MS在选择离子模式下对茶叶中几种有机磷农药进行定性和定量分析,在提取过程中,省去过柱操作步骤,缩短了操作时间。结果表明,5种有机磷农药的添加质量浓度为1.0mg/kg时,回收率均在86.5%~101.5%,RSD在4.8%~9.0%之间,方法的检出限在0.0047~0.023mg/kg,符合农药残留量检测要求。
Interval time was shortened through simplifying extraction procedure. Quality and quantitative analysis of five organophosphorus pesticides were determined by GC/MS in SIM mode. The results showed that average recovery of five pesticide at the concentration of 1.0 mg/kg was in a range of 86.5% ~ 101.5%, and coefficient of variation was 4.8% ~ 9.0%. The minimum detection limit for tea was between 0.0047 mg/kg and 0.0023 mg/kg. Those all suggest that the results meet the fundamental requirements for pesticide residue analysis and the method is accurate and reliable.
