固相萃取技术在水体痕量有机物检测中的应用及进展 被引量：1

摘要 痕量有机物指在环境介质中含量低达10-6～10-9g的化合物,如POPs、EDCs等,对环境和人体危害极大。传统的COD、BOD和TOC等综合指标不能充分反映痕量有机物的污染状况,为全面了解其在水体中环境效应及迁移转化规律,需进行定性定量分析。水中痕量有机物种类多、含量低,检测分析具有特殊性,约2/3的分析时间用于样品预处理[1]。因此,分离富集技术是痕量有机物检测的关键环节之一。
