摘要
[目的]探索茶园叶面分离的真菌与茶云纹叶枯病原菌的相互作用关系。[方法]通过平板对峙培养方法进行真菌和茶云纹叶枯病原菌培养,对比研究从生态茶园和非生态茶园叶面分离的真菌与茶云纹叶枯病原菌的相互作用。[结果]根据叶面真菌对病原菌的作用,将病原菌分为拮抗菌、共生菌和协生菌3类。两类茶园中这3类菌的构成比例无明显差异,非生态茶园中这3类菌分别为72.9%、5.1%和22.0%,而生态茶园中为72.5%、4.4%和22.1%。非生态茶园中弱拮抗作用的菌株为优势菌株,比生态茶园高9.8%,而有强拮抗作用的菌株的比例非生态茶园比生态茶园中低7.4%。两类茶园中对病原菌有明显促进作用的菌株构成也不相同,生态茶园中为6.8%,而非生态茶园中为5.9%。[结论]该研究为茶园病害的生物防治提供了理论依据。
[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the interaction between fungi separated from leaves of tea gardens and Colletotrichum camellia. [ Method ] The method of plate confrontation culture was used to culture the fungi and C. camellia. The interaction between fungi separated from leaves of ecological tea garden and ordinary tea garden and C. camellia were studied through comparison. [ Result ] According to the effect of leaf fungi on the pathogens, the pathogen could be divided into 3 kinds of antagonistic fungi, symbiotic fungi and assistant fungi. The composing proportion of the 3 kinds of fungi in the 2 tea gardens had no obvious difference. The 3 kinds of fungi in the ordinary tea garden were 72.9%, 5. l% and 22.0%, resp. and that in the ecological tea garden were 72.5%, 4.4% and 22.1%, resp. The strains with weak antagonism on in the ordinary tea garden were dominant strains, which were 9.8% higher than that in the ecological tea garden, but the proportion of the strains with strong antagonism in the ordinary tea garden was 7.4% lower than that in the ecological tea garden. The constitution of strains with obvious promotion effect on C. camellia in the 2 tea gardens was not same, that in the ecological tea garden was 6.8% and 5.9% in the ordinary tea garden. [ Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for the biological control of tea garden diseases.
