摘要
目的观察βB2晶体蛋白在卵巢组织中的表达.方法采用实时定量PCR，Westernblot和免疫组化方法对卵巢组织βB2基因及晶体蛋白表达进行检测.结果三种检测方法均发现小鼠卵巢组织中βB2晶体蛋白存在表达，且其表达量随小鼠鼠龄增长有明显上调.结论小鼠卵巢组织中存在βB2晶体蛋白表达，提示其在卵巢中存在一定的功能.
Objective To detect the expression of βB2 crystallin in mice ovary. Methods Real-time PCR,Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression level of βB2 crystallin in mice ovary. Results βB2 crystallin was found in mice ovary by the three methods. The expression level of βB2 crystallin was increased gradually postnatally. Conclusion The βB2 crystaIlin is expressed in the mice ovary,which indicates that it may play a functional role in the ovary.
