烹饪工艺实验是烹饪类专业的主要实践教学环节。本文探讨了如何通过实验教学内容改革、教学方法的更新、实验教学考核方式的改进,使烹饪工艺实验教学取得更理想的效果。
The experiment is the main practical training for cuisine technology specialty.Through the reform of contents,renewal of teaching methods and improvement of behavioral rating,better results can be achieved in experimental teaching of cuisine technology.
