摘要
含卤废PVC塑料的处理增加了能源回收和化学回收的难度。因为在处理回收过程中,卤素很容易形成有毒有害的含卤化合物,含卤化合物一方面污染环境,腐蚀处理设备,增加处理成本;另一方面含卤有机物进入液体和气体产品中还会造成这些产品再利用的困难。
Halogen-containing PVC plastic waste treatment increased waste-to-energy and chemical recov- ery more difficult. Because in dealing with the recovery process, halogen is very easy to form halogen-containing harmful toxic compounds, halogen-containing compounds polluting the environment on the one hand, corroding-processing equipment, increasing treatment costs. On the other hand when halo-gen-containing organic compounds enter the liquid and gas products they will result in the re-use of these products difficultly.
