摘要
用热重红外(TGA FTIR)联用的方式进行了煤在常规条件下的热重实验,分别用 TG、DTG曲线与FTIR的红外三维图等描述了煤燃烧的整个过程,对比了TG、DTG曲线、FTIR图中峰的位置以及峰的起始温度、终止温度、峰值等参数。结果表明,TGA与 FTIR联用时,FTIR的检测无明显的滞后及返混等情况发生,由此可深化对煤燃烧过程的认识。
The thermal graivmetric experiment of coal under air condition has been carried out by using thermal gravimetric analysis and fourier tronsformation infrared (TGA-FTIR)integrated technology,the whole coal-burning process being described by using TG,DTG curves and FTIR three -dimentional graph etc.respectively.The peak position,as well as parameters of the peak,such as initial temperature,final temperature,and peak value etc.,on TG,DTG curves and FTIR graph being compared.Results show that the phenomenon of obvious delay and return-mixing in FTIR detection haven't occurred in the case of TGA and FTIR to be integrally used, deepening the recognition for coal -burning process.
