摘要
小冲孔试验(SPT)技术在材料力学性能测试中得到了广泛的发展和应用.回顾小冲孔试验在测试材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、韧脆转变温度、断裂韧性及蠕变特性等方面所取得的成果;根据已获得的试验数据和建立的理论模型可见,小冲孔试验与传统试验方法之间存在着很好的关联性;同时,小冲孔试验技术因为所需试样尺寸微小而具有对材料近乎无损的优越性,在材料力学性能测试和高温构件寿命预测等方面具有广泛的应用前景.
Small punch test (SPT) technology has been developed and applied widely in material mechanical properties testing. State-of-the-art of yield strength, ultimate strength, ductile to brittle transition temperature, fracture toughness and creep features obtained by small punch test were reviewed. According to the experimental results and theoretical models developed for small punch test, there is good relevance between the small punch test and traditional test method. With miniature specimen, the small punch test has the advantage of nearly nondestructive to materials ; thus, it has extensive application prospects in material mechanical testing and life prediction of high temperature components.
