摘要
起源于 8 0年代的小冲孔试验法具有无损取样的综合优势 ,能够利用尺寸极其微小的试样对服役材料进行失效分析和寿命评估。利用经验和分析的数据处理方法 ,它已成功地测试出多种材料的强度、塑性或延性指标 ,韧脆性转变温度DBTT(或FATT) ,断裂韧度KⅠC或JⅠC等 ,并具有潜在的评定其他力学性能 (包括蠕变性能、持久强度等 )的能力。由于小冲孔试样应力状态的高度不均匀 ,目前的工作集中在如何通过经验数据的积累和使用系统分析方法来提高与传统试样相关的准确性上。
Small punch (SP) test, a new technique for miniature sample, can be used to assess the damage and evaluate the residual life of materials in service. It has been applied to achieve mechanical behavior including yield strength, ultimate strength, ductility, ductile to brittle transition temperature ( DBTT or FATT ), fracture toughness K ⅠC or J ⅠC , etc. from many kinds of materials, and it has potential to measure other mechanical properties such as creep property, endurance strength and so on. Because the stress states and deformation behavior are highly complex and vary over the history of deformation, most of research works are being emphasized on the improvement of the precision on correlating SP result to traditional result by both empirical and analytical data.
