P91钢微型杯突试验法最佳加载速率的研究 被引量:4

摘要  阐述了一种新型在线无损检测的试验方法—微型杯突试验法的基本原理.以电站锅炉管道用9Cr_1Mo_V_Nb_N钢为研究对象,对微型杯突试验法的最佳加载速率进行了研究.通过测定9Cr_1Mo_V_Nb_N钢在不同加载速率下的微型杯突试验性能指标,如最大载荷Pu、屈服载荷Py和破断功At,计算了不同加载速率下的Pu/t20值和Py/t20值,分析了不同加载速率下所测载荷与位移关系.结果表明,当加载速率为0.3mm/min时,P91钢微型杯突试验性能指标重现性好,即0.3mm/min为本试验的最佳加载速率. The principle of small punch test (SPT) technique is introduced.The small punch test is widely used in on_line testing of the boiler of power station and the pipe of steam.The effect of different loading velocity on the results of the small punch test of P91 steel,such as maximum load P_u,yield load P_y and the work of destroy is studied.Then P_u/t^2_0,P_y/t^2_0 and their standard error are calculated.Meanwhile the load_displacement curve is analyzed.The results show that 0.3mm/min is the best loading velocity on small punch test for P91 steel.
