摘要
介绍了速溶型二氧化氯泡腾片的杀菌效果,并对现场应用效果进行监测。将泡腾片分别制成50,100,150 mg/L的二氧化氯消毒液,对5种常见微生物进行消毒实验,观察消毒效果。将泡腾片制成150 mg/L的二氧化氯消毒液,应用于华北制药集团北元有限公司的制药洁净车间,对进入万级洁净区人员的手部、物料传递和万级区环境、设备进行消毒处理,监测现场应用效果。该速溶型二氧化氯泡腾片溶于水后,5 min内即可完全溶解、活化;制成的150 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液1min就可以杀灭全部受试微生物;活化后的二氧化氯消毒液存放时间超过1 d,杀菌能力明显降低。实验得出速溶型二氧化氯泡腾片对细菌具有良好的杀灭效果,但使用时必须现用现配,制成的二氧化氯消毒液存放时间不得超过1 d。
To find out the disinfect effect of instant chlorine dioxide effervesce tablets and to monitor the application effect in spot. Uses 50,100,150 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfection fluid to carry on the disinfection experiment separately to five kind of common microorganisms,The effect was observed after the experiment; uses 150 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfection fluid to the people＇s hand that enter in 10 000 clean area,material transfer, 10 000 environmental and equipment disinfection in pharmaceuticals uncontaminated workshops of Beiyuan Corporation. The instant chlorine dioxide effervesce tablets was dissolved and activated in water within 5 min; 150 mg/L chlorine dioxide＇disinfection fluid could kill all tried microorganism after affecting 1 min,it also has the same effect on the people＇s hand that enter in 10 000 clean area,material transfer, 10 000 environmental and equipment disinfection,its effect is most ideal. Effervesce tablets have good sterilizing effect, but it should be prepared when using and do not keep liquid emulsion for 1 d after prepared.
