摘要
采用直接荧光法进行了达康灭毒灵对猪瘟病毒的杀灭效果试验。分别将有效氯浓度为100mg/L和50mg/L的达康灭毒灵消毒液与含有104FA TCID50猪瘟病毒Thiverval株病毒液的混合物于20℃水浴作用10min和20min,均可以完全将病毒杀灭。
The killing effects of Dakang-Mieduling on hog cholera virus(HCV) were carried out by direct fluorescent antibody(FA) assay. The results showed that 10~4 FA-TCID(50) of HCV Thiverval strain could be inactivated by the disinfectant with 100 mg/L and 50 mg/L active chlorine after 10 and 20 miniutes at 20 ℃ (respectively).
