摘要
复方戊二醛消毒剂主要由戊二醛、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚等成分组成。为观察其杀菌性能及稳定性,采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了实验。结果,以其含20g/L戊二醛的溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用1h,平均杀灭率为99.95％,作用4h,杀灭率均为100％。杀菌作用受有机物影响。该消毒剂放置54℃下14d,杀菌效果无明显变化。
Compound Disinfectant of Glutaraldehyde is mainly composed of the ingredients such as glutaraldehyde and polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol ether. In order to observe its germicidal efficacy and stability, the suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that the average killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the solution containing glutaraldehyde 20 g / L for 1 h was 99.95% and was 100% after exposure for 4 h. Its germicidal efficacy was influenced by organic substance and did not change significantly after storing at 54℃ for 14 days.
