摘要 在自行合成的纤维素 -三 (3,5- 二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯 )手性固定相上直接拆分了 4种外消旋化合物 ,初步探讨了手性化合物结构及流动相中的醇在手性识别过程中对手性拆分的影响。 The chiral separation of racemic compounds was comple ted on polysaccharide-based chiral columns.Our laboratory prepared the packing chiral materials.The influence of the structures and concentration of the alcohol on chiral resolution was investigated.
