摘要
设计-施工(DB)总承包模式因其诸多优势成为了众多领域关注的焦点。然而,由于其角色定位灵活,传统造价管理模式较难适应DB总承包模式下电力建设项目的管理流程,无法完全满足项目建设的实际需求。因此,本文基于逻辑框架分析法,在系统梳理电力建设造价管理现状的基础上,结合DB项目造价管理的特异性,从管理流程、计价规范和依据、造价管理人员、制度建设等方面凝练出适合DB电力建设项目工程造价管理的效能提升思路和框架。
The design-build(DB)general contracting mode has become the focus of exploration and attention across various fields due to its advantages.However,traditional cost management model is difficult to accommodate the management process of power-grid construction projects for its characteristics of flexible role positioning.The present study aims to develop an effectiveness enhancement idea and framework of cost management suitable for power-grid construction projects based on the Logical Framework Approach,combined with the specificities of cost management of design-build projects in the areas of management process,pricing specifications and basis,cost management personnel,and system construction.
