摘要
中国国际工程承包行业主要存在资金短缺、人才缺乏、经营体制以及缺少全面风险管理等方面的问题,需要在发展过程中加以解决。在分析中国国际承包存在的问题的基础上,提出加快企业体制改革、加强金融服务体系作用、加大人才培养力度、实行全面风险管理等建议,为提高中国国际承包商的竞争能力提供参考意见。
In China＇s international engineering contracting industry, there are some problems to be settled in the process of development like the shortage of funds and talents, the reform of operating system, the lack of a comprehensive risk management and so on. In the analysis of these problems this paper points out that it is necessary to speed up the reform of enterprise system, strengthen the role of the financial service system, intensify the personnel training, and implement the comprehen- sive risk management, in hopes of enhancing the competitiveness of China＇s international engineering contractors.
