摘要
世界经济的增长给国际工程承包行业带来了很好的发展前景,我国工程承包公司海外经营既面临着新的发展机会,也面临着新的威胁。本文从环境分析入手,分析我们面临的机会和威胁、优势和劣势以及战略地位,建议我国国际承包公司海外经营遵循成长型战略原则,走成本领先战略和集中化战略的道路。
The rapid increase of the world economy holds forth a fine development prospect of the development of international project contract industry. Chinese project contract companies face not only the developing opportunities but also new threats especially when they participate in overseas business. Starting with the analysis of environments, this article discusses the opportunities and the threats and points out their competitive advantages, disadvantages and strategic position. Then the author brings up his own advice that Chinese project contract companies should obey the developing strategy principle and pursue the cost leadership and focus strategy.
