项目经理胜任力与团队执行力的和谐模型构建及分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用问卷调查方法构建了项目经理胜任力与团队执行力的和谐模型,提出了影响两力的各种特征要素以及两力之间的内在关系,研究结果表明项目经理胜任力和团队执行力互为正相关的关系,并提出合理化建议,期望能为工程项目的高效和谐管理提供借鉴。
