摘要
根据工程实例总结了地下车库设计方案的优化方法,进而对小区普通地下车库与地下人防工程的建设面积进行了估算,并从宏观上阐明了影响小区停车率与其地下车库成本各个要素之间的联系。
Based on engineering example, the optimized method of underground garage design scheme was summarized, the building area of district common underground garage and underground civil defense fortifications was estimated, and the relationship between all factors such as influencing district shutdown rate and underground garage cost was explained from macroscopic view.
