随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,广阔的住宅建筑领域涌现出很多高品位、高质量、高效益的住宅设计,及时捕捉住宅规划设计中的一些不尽人意之处,走出误区,更新观念,是保持住宅市场繁荣的重要前提。
With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard high-grade, high-quality and high-benefit housing design emerged in residential building area. In this paper according to the problems encountered in housing design discussion is made in order to innovate idea and maintain the prosperity of housing market.
