摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对"阳光体育"在学校推进目的、背景及其原因进行了解读,并对具体的实施举措进行了深入的探讨。提出了学校推进"阳光体育"运动的六点具体的实施举措:建立学校体育的督导制度;作好学校阳光体育运动工作的评价;营造"学校、社区、家庭"三位一体的体育锻炼环境;引进时尚前沿的体育课程学习内容;适当建立俱乐部式的体育课组织形式;发动从基层做起,建立长效机制。
With adoption of documents and information method, the article discussed the reasons, backgrounds, meanings and the implementing measures of the school sunshine sports. It studied the main reason of the decreasing of the students fitness from school/family and social aspects, pointed out the 6 basic measures for schools to implement the sunshine sports： setting up the school sports steering system; make the measure- ment about the school sports; building up the big one sports environment composed by school, community and family; introducing the fashion sports into class; building up the school sports clubs as the organization of P. E classes properly; setting up the long term affective system and do that from the basics.
